PROVIDING THEM WITH, OR OTHERWISE ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF, A PLACEMENT OR PLACEMENTS IN SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION AND PROVIDING THEM WITH, OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF, FOSTER CARERS WITH THE AIM OF PROVIDING THEM WITH A STABLE FAMILY LIFE: 2.
