Charitable objects

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ('THE OBJECTS') ARE TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY 1) SECURING THE ENFORCEMENT OF HUMAN RIGHTS LAW AND PROMOTING THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS LAW THROUGH ACCOMPANYING AND OBSERVING PERSONS FROM ORGANISATIONS PROMOTING HUMAN RIGHTS AND PREVENTING HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES AND PEOPLE WHOSE LIVES ARE IN DANGER FROM THE WORK THEY DO PROVIDED THAT THIS WORK DOES NOT EXTEND TO PROMOTING A POLITICAL PURPOSE (INCLUDING A CHANGE IN THE LAW OR GOVERNMENT POLICY OR THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES; AND 2) RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES PROVIDED THAT THIS WORK DOES NOT EXTEND TO PROMOTING A POLITICAL PURPOSE (INCLUDING A CHANGE IN THE LAW OR GOVERNMENT POLICY OR THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS OF GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES).
