Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS AS TH TRUSTEE MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE
(2) IF AND INSOFAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT ABOVE IT MAY BE APPLIED IN RELIEVING POVERTY IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
