TO FURTHER THE OBJECTS OF THE MINCHINHAMPTON CENTRE FOR THE ELDERLY (REGISTERED CHARITY NO. 287479) AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO ACQUIRE ON LEASE OR OTHERWISE FROM THE CHARITY LAND IN MINCHINHAMPTON FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING, DEVELOPING AND BUILDING A RESOURCE CENTRE THEREON AND TO CARRY ON ANY OR ALL OF THE FUNCTIONS OF PROPRIETOR, OPERATOR, MANAGER AND MAINTAINER OF THE RESOURCE CENTRE AND FURNISH AND FIT UP THE AFORESAID WITH ALL SUITABLE ACCOMMODATION, FURNITIVE INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE CARE AND TREATMENT OF RESIDENTS AND PATIENTS
