TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WEST TEIGNMOUTH WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPTIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS & LOCAL AUTHORITIES VOLUNTARY & OTHER ORGANISATIONS, IN A CONTROLLED EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION & LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS FOR LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
