Charitable objects
1) TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC FAITH AND THE ADVANCE OF EDUCATION IN THE PRINCIPLES OF THE ISLAMIC FAITH AND ALL THINGS RELATING THERETO; 2) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT; 3) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BIRMINGHAM, IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PERSONS, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. 4) SUCH OTHER MEANS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES SUBJECT TO THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS FOR ENGLAND AND WALESS
