THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND AT THEIR DISCRETION, SO FAR AS MAY BE PERMISSIBLE, THE CAPITAL, FOR THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS OF PATIENTS TREATED BY THE CARDIOLOGY SERVICE OF THE ROYAL CORNWALL HOSPITALS TRUST BY ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES; AND ALSO BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND STAFF AMENITIES FOR THOSE INVOLVED IN THE TREATMENT OF THOSE SUFFERING FROM CARDIAC RELATED ILLNESS.
