TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS LIVING WITHIN THE TOWN OF ALDEBURGH IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY AND SPORTS CENTRE AND OTHER RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES.
