Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BIRCHANGER, BISHOP'S STORTFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND OF VISITORS (THE OBJECTS)
1) FOR THE PRESERVATION AND CONSERVATION OF THE ANCIENT WOODLAND OF BIRCHANGER WOOD
2) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE NATURAL HISTORY OF THE FLORA AND FAUNA OF BIRCHANGER WOOD
3) FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS AND VISITORS
