TO PROMOTE LIFE LONG COMMUNITY BASED EDUCATION PRIMARILY WITHIN THE COLCHESTER AND TENDRING BOROUGHS OF ESSEX BY:- (1) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ACCESS TO LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, PARTICULARLY TO SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC. (11) RESEARCHING OR ASSISTING IN RESEARCH OF THE LEARNING NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY AND IMPLEMENTING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH. (111) ESTABLISHING LINKS WITH OTHER EDUCATION PROVIDERS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, IN ORDER TO FACILITATE IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVICES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.
