TO MAINTAIN THE OLD SCHOOL, SCHOOL LANE, WEST KINGSDOWN, KENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADVANCING EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID PUBLIC.
