Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE FURTHERANCE AND PROMOTION OF SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OBJECTS OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT RESTRICTION) THE RELIEF OF NEED OR POVERTY OR DISTRESS OR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION.
(B) AS ANCILLARY TO THE OBJECTS SET OUT IN 2 (A) HEREOF TO PROVIDE BURSARIES FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF TRAINING IN THE CARE OF OLDER PEOPLE.
