(1) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT LIFE OF PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING BY THE PROVISION OF AN ENHANCED CLINICAL ONCOLOGY DEPARTMENT AT THE ROYAL CORNWALL HOSPITAL TRELISKE TRURO CORNWALL.
(2) TO RELIEVE PERSONS SUFFERING FROM CANCER.
