TO RELIEVE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS IN HULL AND THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE WITH A LEARNING OR PHYSICAL DIFFICULTY BY RAISING AWARENESS OF ISSUES THAT EFFECT THEM AND BY PROMOTING AND/OR ORGANISING LOCAL EVENTS WHICH ASSIST SUCH PERSONS TO REALISE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND LEAD FULFILLING LIVES.
