TO ENHANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN THROUGH COMMUNITY GROUPS. OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND ARE, IN THE OPINION OF THE BOARD, BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE IN THE CHARITIES AREA OF BENEFIT.
