THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION AREA IN THE VILLAGE OF ENNERDALE FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF ALL INHABITANTS, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
