ESTABLISHED PARTICULARLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS LIVING IN THE QUERN'S ESTATE IN CANTERBURY TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
