Activities - how the charity spends its money
The guild holds monthly meetings plus addition sub meetings for arts & crafts and social studies and gardening. In addition members have day visits and support federation events held in Portsmouth. We also enjoy trips to the theatre. Our members support local luncheon clubs for the elderly and sell handmade cards and other items donated by members to raise funds for a local charity chosen each ye.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF WOMEN IRRESPECTIVE OF RACE CREED AND PARTY SO AS TO ENABLE THEM TO MAKE THE BEST CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS THE COMMON GOOD 2. TO EDUCATE SUCH WOMEN IN THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP AND IN ALL PUBLIC QUESTIONS BOTH NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL 3.
