TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO ENCOURAGE PLAYING OF THE SPORT OF CRICKET FOR RECREATION FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN FULL TIME EDUCATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
