TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES, PARTICULARLY MOTHERS LIVING IN HAVERHILL AND SURROUNDING AREAS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF DISCUSSION GROUPS FOR THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF THOSE PERSONS PARTAKING, PHYSICAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING AND PROTECTING PUBLIC HEALTH, ARTS AND CRAFTS ACTIVITIES AND OTHER RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS.
