(C) TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES AND SUSTENANCE FOR BUDDHIST MONKS TO TEACH AND PRACTICE BUDDHISM AND TO PROVIDE RETREAT FACILITIES FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO PRACTICE MEDITATION
