TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PERSONS IN NEED LIVING IN RUSTHALL AND SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF A LUNCH SERVICE AND FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
