TO FURTHER ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ECONOMICALLY AND SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF PECKHAM AND ITS ENVIRONS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK ('THE AREA OF BENEFIT') INCLUDING THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS, AND TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
