1) TO PROMOTE, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, AGE, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, BOTH CASUAL DROP-IN AND MORE FORMALLY ORGANISED, TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDE INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND SIMILAR SERVICES, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF GREAT ECCLESTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA; 2) TO ESTABLISH A VILLAGE CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THE OBJECTS 3) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED BY THE TRUSTEES
