TO RELIEVE THE NEED OF PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND OR LIMITED ABILIITES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; IN PARTICULAR, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SPECIALLY DESIGNED BICYCLES FOR RECREATION AND PHYSICAL EXERCISE AND VOLUNTEER CYCLING COMPANIONS WHEN REQUIRED.
