THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF GUINEA PIGS AND RATS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY A) PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING A FACILITY OR FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS WITH A VIEW TO RE-HOMING SUCH ANIMALS OR B) THE CARE OF UNWANTED ANIMALS AND TREATMENT OF THE SICK OR ILL-TREATED C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS CONCERNING THE CARE OF GUINEA PIGS AND RATS
