THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST FOR SUCH ONE OR MORE OF THE BENEFICIARIES IN SUCH SHARE OR SHARES AND AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DECIDE AND FOR THE PURPOSES HEREOF "A BENEFICIARY" SHALL MEAN A CHARITY (OTHER THAN THE FLORENCE SHUTE MILLENNIUM TRUST) REGISTERED WITH THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS FOR ENGLAND AND WALES
