OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (1) THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: (A) THE RELIEF OF NEED FOR THE BENEFICIARIES BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, SCHOLARSHIPS, DONATIONS OR LOANS; (B) THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR BENEFICIARIES; AND (C) SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE BENEFICIARIES AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE. BENEFICIARIES THE BENEFICIARIES SHALL BE CURRENT AND PAST EMPLOYEES OF MIDDLESEX AND UNIVERSITY COLLEGE LONDON HOSPITALS AND ANY SUCCESSOR BODY AND THEIR DEPENDANTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, WITH A PREFERENCE FOR NURSES AND MIDWIVES AND RETIRED FORMER EMPLOYEES OF MIDDLESEX HOSPITAL.
