TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF IVYCHURCH IN THE COUNTY OF KENT TO BE USED FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES, OR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.
