THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY DISTRESS AND SICKNESS OF PEOPLE OF IRISH ORIGIN WHO ARE HOMELESS, ISOLATED OR OTHERWISE VULNERABLE AND FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
