FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS LIVING, WORKING, ATTENDING SCHOOL IN OR VISITING THE FRIDAY HILL ESTATE AND SURROUNDING AREA IN CHINGFORD IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST TO ASSIST IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
