TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE NEEDS OF, AND REQUIREMENTS FOR, FOSTER CARERS AND THOSE EMPLOYED IN OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROVISION OF FOSTERING SERVICES, AND THE WAY IN WHICH THOSE NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS CAN BETTER BE MET.
