Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECT") TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE IN FULL-TIME EDUCATION AND WHO, OR WHOSE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS, ARE RESIDENT IN NORFOLK IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC AND IN ART AND DESIGN PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY (I) AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS, EXHIBITIONS, BURSARIES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES; (II) AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS GRANTS OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TO ENABLE THEM TO TRAVEL WHETHER IN THE UNITED KINGDOM OR ABROAD IN THE FURTHERANCE OF EDUCATION; (III) OTHERWISE FUNDING THE MUSICAL OR ARTISTIC EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
