New Horizons is an independent Christian church which runs a Sunday service, youth group, discipling groups, outreach to the local community. We run a Christians Against Poverty Debt Counselling centre. We support church plants in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka as well as community outreach from these churches.

Charitable objects
(A) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF BELIEFS APPEARING IN THE SCHEDULE HERETO IN HEMEL HEMPSTEAD AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT PARTICULARLY (THOUGH NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION ) BY MEANS OF FULFILLING THE FIVEFOLD SOCIAL MANDATE OF JESUS AS STATED IN LUKE 4 V18: (1) TO BRING GOOD NEWS TO THE POOR (11) TO RELEASE THE TRAPPED, E.G. ADDICTIONS (111) TO CARE AND PRAY FOR THE SICK (IV) TO RELIEVE THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN MISTREATED (V) TO PROCLAIM GOD'S FAVOUR FOR ALL (IRRESPECTIVE OF RACE, RELIGION, GENDER, SOCIAL STATUS, OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION) AND TO FULFIL SUCH OTHER PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND ARE CONNECTED WITH THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE TRUST (B) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED OR HARDSHIP OR WHO ARE AGED OR SICK AND TO RELIEVE THE DISTRESS CAUSED THEREBY IN THE SAID LOCATION AND IN SUCH OTHER PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OR THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT INCLUDING BY MEANS OF TRAINING AND EQUIPPING VOLUNTEERS IN SOCIAL ACTION, SEEKING TO SERVE SOCIETY WHERE IT HAS NEEDS, AS WELL AS ASSISTING OTHER CHARITIES AND THE STATUTORY SERVICES IN THEIR CARING FOR PEOPLE.
