TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND INDIVIDUALS, BY MEANS OF A REGULAR NEWSLETTER AND MEETINGS.
