THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE, IN THE BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE AND SURROUNDING AREAS ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") THE RELIEF OF NEED AMONG WOMEN AND CHILDREN, IN PARTICULAR THOSE OF ASIAN DESCENT, WHO ARE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BY THE PROV0ISION OF OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION, MEDICAL ATTENTION, TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND ADVICE.'
