TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AGED 4-11 YEARS BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THEIR RECREATIONAL USE AND, WHERE APPROPRIATE AND POSSIBLE ALSO FOR THE USE OF THEIR PARENTS AND CARERS, WITH A VIEW TO ASSISTING THE CHILDREN TO GROW TO MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
