Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN KENT, SURREY AND SOUTH EAST LONDON: TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF GREYHOUNDS AND PROTECT SUCH DOGS FROM CRUELTY PARTICULARLY BY PROVIDING TEMPORARY SHELTER AND SUITABLE HOMES FOR THOSE GREYHOUNDS WHICH HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES OWING TO ABANDONMENT, AGE, INFIRMITY, INJURY OR OTHER SUFFICIENT REASON WHICH HAS TERMINATED THEIR SPORTING LIFE.
