Set up for the benefits of persons under the age of 35 from African Caribbean Community in UK and Africa, to advance education, to relieve poverty by creating empowerment and to provide or assist for clothing, food, shelter, office equipment. To recruit Volunteers to assist in carrying out our objectives and mission statement, especially with our homeless youths locally and abroad.

"THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED PARTICULARLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 FROM THE AFRICAN CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY IN LONDON TO ADVANCE EDUCATION; TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS OR DISTRESS; AND TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS."
