THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AND NEED AMONG TEACHERS AND PUPILS BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, GOODS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING SCHOLARSHIPS FOR PUPILS (MALE AND FEMALE) IN SCHOOLS AND IN EDUCATION COLLEGES AND OTHER TRAINING ESTABLISHMENTS (BOTH IN AFRICA, AND OTHER CONTINENTS), TOGETHER WITH THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL AIDS AND EQUIPMENT AND ALL OTHER NECESSARY ITEMS (INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF FOOD, SHELTER, ACCOMMODATION AND MEDICAL CARE AND TREATMENT) FOR SUCH PUPILS AND STUDENTS AND TO ASSIST SUCH PERSONS WITH FOOD, & MEALS, CLOTHING & PERSONAL EQUIPMENT, OUTINGS, HOLIDAYS, TRAVEL (WHETHER GENERALLY OR ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS) WHICH THEY WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO AFFORD OR OBTAIN, AS SUCH PERSONS HAVE INSUFFICIENT FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF THEIR OWN 2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG TEACHERS AND PUPILS BY THE PROVISION OF ALL THE NECESSARY FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT (INCLUDING BUILDINGS, FURNITURE, BOOKS, AND OTHER TEACHING AID AS AMY BE REQUIRED, AS WELL AS TRAINING AND OTHER EDUCATION COURSES) IN SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES
