THE PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION OF BADGERS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. TO CARRY OUT ANY SUCH APPROVED OBJECT (AS DEFINED BY REGULATION 33 OF THE LANDFILL TAX REGULATIONS 1996 OR ANY AMENDMENT THERETO) AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AND ARE IN FURTHERANCE OF ANY OF THE PRECEDING OBJECT.
