To help and educate young people in the Goole area through their leisure time activities to develop their physical and spiritual capacities, that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their condition of life may be improved by the provision of a drop in centre for the said inhabitants. We also to encourage young people to volunteer in their community.
