AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES TO GIVE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO CLUBS ORGANISATIONS AND SOCIETIES ESTABLISHED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES USED BY RESIDENTS OF TISBURY AND WEST TISBURY AND WHICH ARE DEDICATED TO THE PROVISION OF THEIR CARE, EDUCATION, RECREATIONAL AND CULTURAL NEEDS.
