THE VILLAGE HALL TOGETHER WITH SUCH OTHER PROPERTY AS MAY BE ACQUIRED BY TRUSTEES (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE TRUST PROPERTY') SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WHICHAM IN THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE AREA BENEFIT') WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
