Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR:- (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION (AHLE-SUNNET-VAL-JAMAAHT) (AS INTERPRETED BY GHOSPAK SHEIKH ABDUL QUADIR JILANI, DAHTA ALI AJVEHRI, KHAWAJA MOHINUNDIN AJMERI, SHAH ABDUL HAQ MUHADAS DEHLVI AND AHLA HAZRAT IMAM SHAH AHMED RAZA FAZAL BRAILVI) IN MILTON KEYNES, IN PARTICULAR BY PROVISION OF A MASJID AND MADRESSAS; (2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF MUSLIM CHILDREN IN THE SAID AREA BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR INSTRUCTION IN THE ISLAMIC FAITH AND URDU; (3) TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA AND IN PARTICULAR MOSLEMS, IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; AND (4) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE MILTON KEYNES AREA OR IN PAKISTAN AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
