THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFITS OF PERSONS IN THANINGTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION OR LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS; AND FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE
