Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE CHARITY IS ESTABLISHED ARE: 1. TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING AND PROMOTE THE RELIEF, CARE, WELLBEING AND REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AFFLICTED WITH ANY FORM OF CANCER AND THE FAMILIES OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHERE CHILD OR CHILDREN SHALL MEAN ANY CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 18 AND YOUNG PERSON AND YOUNG PEOPLE SHALL MEAN ANY YOUNG PERSON OR YOUNG PERSONS FROM THE AGE OF 18 UP TO AND INCLUDING THE AGE OF 25. 2. TO PROVIDE THERAPEUTIC AND RECUPERATIVE CARE AND ASSISTANCE TO ANY PERSON IN NEED THEREOF WHO RECEIVES OR WHO HAS RECEIVED CARE OR ASSISTANCE OF ANY KIND FROM THE CHARITY WHILST A CHILD OR YOUNG PERSON OR WHO HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER WHILST A CHILD OR YOUNG PERSON AND TO PROVIDE CARE AND ASSISTANCE TO ANY SUCH PERSONS IMMEDIATE FAMILY, BEING IN NEED THEREOF. 3. TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
