Charitable objects
THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN SUCH WAYS AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT SO FAR ONLY AS THE SAME SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE: A) TO PROMOTE EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS BY THE INVOLVEMENT OF STUDENTS OF SCHOOL AGE IN PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INVESTIGATION AND APPLICATION B) TO SUPPORT AND/OR PROVIDE FUNDS FOR ANY WHOLLY CHARITABLE ORGANISATION WHICH OPERATES TO PROMOTE EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS BY THE INVOLVEMENT OF STUDENTS OF SCHOOL AGE IN PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INVESTIGATION AND APPLICATION C) TO ORGANISE CONFERENCES MEETINGS AND EVENTS AND PUBLISH MATERIALS BY ANY MEANS (INCLUDING THE INTERNET) WHICH EXAMINE THE FEASIBILITY OF AND/OR DISSEMINATE THE OUTCOME OF ACTIVITIES WHICH PROMOTE EDUCATION IN SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS BY THE INVOLVEMENT OF STUDENTS OF SCHOOL AGE IN PROJECTS AND ACTIVITIES OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INVESTIGATION AND APPLICATION D) TO PROMOTE SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH; AND E) TO CARRY OUT SUCH OTHER LEGALLY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME BY DEED OR DEEDS EXECUTED WITH THEIR UNANIMOUS CONSENT DECLARE.
