THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME UPON TRUST FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN NORTHERN UGANDA ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT"): IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES AFFECTED BY HIV AND AIDS AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS AFFECTED BY HIV AND AIDS.
