THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AND HARDSHIP IN MILTON KEYNES, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE AND ELSEWHERE B Y PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS I N NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEF POVERTY. 3.
